On the last 2 Camera Club outings I have been trying to create a blurred image using camera movement and slower shutter speed. Last night were found ourselves in a wooded area and the sunlight was just right. Here is the result which I was very pleased with. I reckon it almost looks like an oil painting with those blocks of colour.
An unusual viewpoint of umbrellas. This is a display outside one of our local sports stores. I cropped right in on the handles as I liked the tones and shapes.
Here is an image I wanted to capture last time at the Eden Project, but there were too many people moving round it. I wanted the clean minimalist look I got this time. Here is some more info on THE SEED
Patterns cast by railings on a set of steps by the strong sunlight.
Protective railings on the seafront at Lyme Regis….I have cloned out the supporting posts, a stain on the ground and some peoples’ feet to give this clean, graphic look.
The identity of these people walking on the shingle beach at Lyne Regis is hidden by some creative blur. This was an exercise set by one of our guide/mentors on the day.
