  1. I think the sweep of the trail toward us from her, and the closer unoccupied bench keep this balanced despite the fact that she is so close to the edge that she faces. Those shots tend to seem disjointed and the person looking “offscreen” is often a distraction. I don’t feel that from this one. I like it.

  2. Meditative. It makes one wonder what the young woman’s story is…is she waiting for someone? Has she just walked away from someone? Does she have a big decision to make?

  3. perfect for today’s theme – and an interesting shot – mostly because of the way she is sitting – adds a bit of a twist to the usual park bench scene…
